Each tank includes the needed plumbing with Exceleon Fuel Line, Walbro Double Filtered Clunk, Molded Nylon vent and fill tubes, Velcro brand mounting tape, and foam mounting pad. 

The year 2020 is marking the return of 150-200cc sized aircraft. This 50 oz tank arrives in our product line up at the perfect time.  

 A few minor differences to note from our other size tanks. The neck/ manifold joint is a tighter press fit and requires different size O-Ring seals. Please note this when ordering a replacement cap and o-ring set. The assembly process is exactly the same just make sure when rebuilding that the proper o-ring kit is used. The clunk/ filter is larger to handle the increased fuel flow rates demanded by your new DA 215cc! 

Note the length dimension is from the back of the tank to the front of the fitting/tubing barbs.

Fortitude tanks are compatible with ALL oils, synthetic and non-synthetic. Fortitude uses PPG Class B sealant. The expert below explains how high tech and quality of a sealant it is:

“PPG Class B is an aircraft integral fuel tank sealant. It has a service temperature range from - 65°F (-54°C) to 250°F (121°C), with intermittent excursions up to 275°F (135°C). This material is designed for fillet sealing of fuel tanks and other air- craft fuselage sealing applications. The cured sealant maintains excellent elastomeric properties after pro- longed exposure to both jet fuel and aviation gas. "
