New Version Pitts Exhaust Muffler Set for 40-80cc Gas Engines
This Pitts Muffler is made of high quality polished aluminum. It is quiter than the standard muffler and its size is a perfect fit for slim cowls.

Fits 40-80CC Engines, such as DLE55, DLE50, DA50, GP50R DL55, EME55, EME60, DJ80, DJ85, DLA56, DLA58 as well as many others with similar exhaust ports.  Square-mouth shim suitable for 40-60CC Engines, and Round-mouthshim suitable for 60-80CC Engines. (The round port is to narrow to fit the DLE 85/170)
Center mount distance: 42mm see dimensions in below pictures

The following sizes are just for reference, ±1~2mm error range is allowed.

Description:

Choose from 5 sizes!

These extensions fit over the exhaust exits on your DLE muffler. Below are some size dimensions and the muffler that each will fit. It is still a good idea to measure the exits on your muffler.

FORMAT: LxW (width is inside diameter)

A: 63x15 mm : DLE 20RA

B: 64x17 mm : DLE 35RA/40

C: 78x20 mm : DLE 55RA

D: 96x25 mm : DLE 55, DLE 111, DLE 120

E: 121x31 mm : DLE 61, DLE 85

*Sold individually- if you have a twin engine, you will need two extensions

*Each Hose extension comes with a metal clamp to tightly secure it to the muffler.
