SOFTWARE SELECTION :

Tribunus ESC's with Heli Mode / Airplane Mode are the same ESC just simply with different programing. We added the option to select Airplane Mode at check out to make it easier for Airplane Pilots to utilize the Scorpion Line of ESC's without the need for the VLink II Cable for basic operation.

- You can select Airplane mode, and your desired BEC voltage for you application.

- Airplane and Heli Mode comes with Auto Timing and Dynamic Frequency. So these values are automatically set / adjusted by the ESC so it will work with practically any motor out there in the most efficient/powerful way possible.*

- Ramp up rate is set to default value which works great for all applications including Acrobatic Flying.

To adjust ESC mode, telemetry options, BEC voltage, protection levels, motor direction, ramp up rate, do software updates, and access the data logging feature of the ESC you will need the Scorpion VLink II Cable connected to our Sproto Computer Software (windows), or our Android App with OTG cable. If using Mikado VBC radio system you can program ESC through the Radio using the Scorpion Telemetry Cable.

Airplane mode is set at our US warehouse directly before shipping. So ESC packaging will be opened but product is not used!

*Tribunus ESC's can handle a very high number of commutations/min and very quick PWM wave, so they work with a very wide range of motors. They even work well with motors with very high pole count. However we do not guarantee they work with ALL motors in existence.
