This new EDF duct system is designed where the airflow is managed and directed efficiently through the entire duct, from the intake to the exhaust, without interruptions or obstructions, with enhanced performance of the EDF by minimizing airflow resistance and maximizing thrust. Unlike traditional designs that might include additional vents or cheater holes to improve airflow, a thru-and-thru duct system achieves high efficiency without compromising the aesthetic appearance of the model. This results in a more realistic and visually appealing representation of the aircraft while maintaining or improving its aerodynamic performance.

This AF Model F-22 Raptor 105mm EDF Jet uses high-density, rigid turbine-grade EPO foam and electronics but featuring a different drive system. Its signature super-efficient thru-and-thru duct system is specifically tailored to elevate and maximize the performance of the JP Hobby 105mm EDF power system. This EDF version features an operational range of 8 to 13 channels, depending on your chosen configuration, and includes a robust, heavy-duty, high-scale retract and e-brake system from JP Hobby, a renowned industry leader in top-quality EDF and turbine jet CNC components. Preinstalled with GDW's high-voltage servos and reliable CNC metal servo arms, this jet showcases exceptional scale details and minimal wing loading, making it an ideal choice for both scale training and extreme maneuvers, just like its full-size counterpart.
