The Power-HD 1711MG servo is a great economical servo for every day use.

We have grown to love this little servo. It offers excellent quality for a very reasonable price. The performance is good, and we just do not have problems with these servos. We use them in all kinds of foamies, combat planes, and even the occasional hollow molded plane. A very reliable workhorse.

The Power-HD DSM44 digital servo is a micro servo with digital control electronics for increased performance. Just like the Power-HD DSP33 ,the DSM44 is also very light and ranks as the secont lightest servo at RedwingRC- weighing only slightly over 6g!!! In the DSM44, the output shaft is supported by a ball bearing for decreased friction, and another great feature is that most of the gears are metal for increased durability! The lead is terminated with a Futaba-compatible standard “JR”-style connector. Servo horns and associated hardware are included.

It is important to note that stalling or back-driving this servo can strip its gears.
