Balsawood Airplane Building Model Triplane Fokker DR.I with 770mm Wingspan Laser-Cut Electric Aircraft 90% Pre-Built ARF Version The Fokker Dr.I was a World War I fighter aircraft built by Fokker-Flugzeugwerke. The Dr.I saw widespread service in the spring of 1918. It became famous as the aircraft in which the Red Baron, Manfred von Richthofen gained his last 19 victories, and in which he was killed on 21 April 1918. Our model captures the very essence of this formidable WW1 fighter, it has an open framework structure built from balsa and hardwoods and has a plastic cowl with molded dummy rotary engine. This model is a 90% finished ARF kit with all the parts beautifully laser cut with red film to provide easey construction. All parts are extremely accurate and to scale which will allow you to build the perfect model. All comes in a nice wooden box suitable to be a display stand for your finished model!
