Flight Model 96" Giant Scale Super Decathlon 35-40cc Yellow ARF The Super Decathlon was built to be a light airplane with fixed conventional gear, high wing design, large rudder, and large control surfaces, making it an ideal aircraft for flight training and personal use, yet capable of sustaining stresses between +6g and -5g. This Super Decathlon model is an amazing aircraft for smooth flights and a very scale appearance. With a Giant 96" wingspan this model is scaled to approximately 1/4 and attention was made to a true to original appearance and optimized flight characteristics. It has a beautiful color scheme that helps with orientation. detailed Cockpit, and Fiberglass Molded Cowl which adds to the scaled appearance. The Super Decathlon is built with high quality balsawood and provides a lightweight airframe that is ridged and strong in all the right places. The model can be flown with gas power or operated using an electric power system. As with all RedwingRC planes, this model has extensive quality hardware and is a fun build.
